Over the past 30 years I have led Global Talent functions at MUFG Bank, Zurich Insurance and ABN AMRO.

In these roles I've managed teams -sometimes in the hundreds, and sometimes small, I've managed multi milion dollar budgets upwards and downwards, and I've experienced the up and down cycles of growth.

I have always been responsible for executive succession and development so I have significant experience helping executive committees and Boards make decisions, assess and develop bench strength and then working one to one with executives making an upwards move.

I know what really makes a difference when developing leaders and it's the work I have always enjoyed most.

I'm an accredited executive coach, and chartered psychologist. I have lived and worked in the UK, USA and Switzerland. Today I'm based in the East Bay, outside San Francisco and I work with clients globally. When I'm not working I'm with the family, diving, biking and trying to fix a terrible golf game.
